mnh: MORNING ROUTINE
In a perfect world – this is the ideal morning routine every morning, however, in reality it isn’t every day. Also, if you have a sweetie or a couple of minions or going to work at 5AM, once again not ideal – however, keep powering through. Maybe one or two of the tools in the video or notes below provide some inspiration to adding new tools to your morning routine.
5:10AM – Matcha (little caffeine, L-theanine to calm) + Vitamin D (very little sun in Autumn in Victoria, so supplement with Vitamin D)
5:13AM – Harmonic Arts ‘Thought Flow’ Tea Prep (Lemon Verbena, Ginkgo, Gotu kola, Linden, Holy Basil, Rooibos, Rosemary)
5:15AM – Incense
5:20AM – Drink Matcha
5:21AM – Layout Men’s Yoga Mat
5:22AM – Alo Moves App – MC Yogi ft. DJ Drez: Rise Up
5:53AM – Headstand Work
5:55AM – No Hand Headstand Goal work
5:57AM – Drink ‘Thought Flow Tea’
5:58AM – BMat Wheel Roller – Helps with posture

6:44AM – Push-ups
6:46AM – Sunrise
6:47AM – Journal + Gratitude Journal + Read (Deepak Chopra: 7 Spiritual Laws of Success has been the go to for 5-6 months) + Water
